In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Charlie will guide you through a range of meat-centric techniques, from selecting the finest cuts to mastering various cooking methods. Each individual class (held monthly) will explore the nuances of cooking either beef, pork, lamb, or poultry: unlocking the secrets to creating succulent, mouthwatering dishes that will impress family and friends alike.
