In partnership with MVCS, this event will be an hour of Prenatal & Postpartum Yoga with Molly Flam followed by snacks and tea in our farmhouse great room. A nutrition presentation by Ana Lewis will make up the second half of the workshop. She will talk about ways to nourish your body for Pregnancy & Postpartum ( blood sugar, minerals, and rockstar foods) and answer all your wellness questions!
